A comprehensive market entry report delivers crucial insights into local consumer behaviour, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments while identifying potential government incentives. Licensing partners with local companies for faster entry, though it may reduce control over quality and branding. Direct investment, such as setting up a local subsidiary, provides the most control and growth potential but requires substantial resources.
