This engagement has enabled us to completely transformed how we recruit, our policies/practices and what is possible when meaningful engagement takes place and big issues are addressed with a holistic approach. This is not an overnight solution or ever a finished product but we continue to "grow forward", breaking down our vision into deliverable outcomes.
