(A) I work hand and hand with Superintendents on daily jobsite progression. I work and coordinate timelines with other contractors who are crucial to our project(s) progress with jobs status updates. I assist with permitting clarification or revisions as assistance to our permitting department - i.e. Reviewing RFI's, kickbacks and any engineering questions. Power/Water disconnect and reconnect for preconstruction phase and completion. I ensure vendor proposals are reviewed, assist with change orders, and audits for documentation and project progression. (Q) How long have you been with Assist2Build? (A) 12 months (Q) What is a typical day at the office/field for you? (A) I live in my email and on the phone (LOL), but a typical day would be following up with homeowners, vendors, superintendents, creating reports on progress, reviewing photos of projects, coordinating with vendors on scheduling, pricing and availability. Also, from time to time, we have issues that arise that require my attention to solve the problem or find a solution that benefits both out timeline and those who are involved. (Q) What is the most rewarding part of your role here at Assist2Build? (A) Working with a TEAM of great people! (Q) Do you have any advice for future employees that may join our team to be successful in our line of work? (A) Learn as much as you can and ask as many questions as you can! Each job is different so detailed notes are crucial, and empathy & compassion is a trait needed in this program since we are helping victims of a natural disaster.

🚨 Project Manager Job Stats 🚨 15,180 New PM Roles posted in U.S. in last week 3,366 posted in last 24 hours 220 were remote, or 6.5% (this has been the average for some time) 549 are hybrid 2,635 are onsite 💲 Salaries 💲 $100K+ = 571 jobs $120K+ = 493 jobs $140K+ = 355 jobs $160K+ = 217 jobs $180K+ = 130 jobs $200K+ = 92 jobs 🤔 Interesting Trends 🤔 The construction industry had the largest number of posted roles at 881! Civil engineering roles were 2nd with 470 new jobs. IT Services and Consulting came in 3rd with 326 positions. And...502 onsite jobs, of all roles posted in last 24 hours, had less than 10 applicants, many with less than 5. This might seem normal but it's not. Many other new roles had more than 100 "applicant clicks" in less than an hour! Arizona, Minnesota, Michigan and Alabama were states with fewer applicant clicks.
