As an SEO expert, I'm not fond of this type of personalization. Here is why: While it's good to present websites people believe in, it also raises questions about Google's role. Google's primary responsibility is to deliver the most relevant content according to search intent and the quality of the content produced, rather than relying solely on personal preferences. For instance, if I've written something more relevant and valuable on a brand new site, based on personalization, it will take a lot more time to secure good positions in such personalized results.

With the #WebSummit approaching, I wanted to share some thoughts on key topics that could drive meaningful conversation and insight at this year’s event. Given the rapid advancements in #AI, particularly #GenAI, there’s an undeniable opportunity to highlight how these technologies are reshaping #productivity and #enhancing human potential across industries. Another pivotal consideration, as we expand AI's applications, is #energy. Increased AI adoption brings a proportional demand for energy, which intersects with the global imperative for #sustainablegrowth. This demand intensifies the focus on energy transition strategies, particularly the role of #nuclearenergy investments and innovations in clean #tech to support a growing AI infrastructure. Imagine discussions at the Summit that connect AI's transformational role in productivity with actionable insights on sustainable energy solutions, this would equip #leaders with a #roadmap for AI integration that’s both #forwardthinking and #responsible. Web Summit has a unique platform to foster a balanced #dialogue on these advancements and their infrastructural impacts. I’d be thrilled to see this year’s panels feature voices at the forefront of these fields.

Brijlall                            ( WSIB ) ANTISEMITISM, HATRED, AND RASESS;         After a workplace accident, WSIB put me through hell and made my injuries twice as worse   permanently then robbed me of my benefits just because of the colour of my skin. Sandra Di Carlo the case manager took me out from physio therapy that was helping me with my recovery and sent me to wsib Doctor and physio therapy that made my injuries twice as worse permanently. Deb Remekie, The lady at WSIB that robbed me of my benefit, she said that I can sell jewelry, she thinks because I am black I can steal jewelry and sell, so she decided to rob me of my benefit. And it's not a joke she said it verbally and in writing. And believed it or not the APPEALS TRIBUNAL agreed with her without a doubt or any question Atal. The Tribunal did not look at my file, apparently they don't even care to look at my file. The WSIB is an independent organization that operates at arm’s length from the ministry and oversees the administration of workplace safety and insurance benefits and services. As a result, the Minister  and ministry staff cannot comment on or get involved in individual case NOT EVEN THE FAIR PRACTICE COMMISSIONER WILL INTERVENE.
