What is the structure and content of a quality called e-mail? an A poor cold e-mail? The four cold e-mail typically doesn't include a name. It's like to whom it may concern. I would like to apply for this emerging manager program. Wait, do people do this? Yeah, Yeah, all the time. There's no duck. There's no summary of who we are and what we do. So the things that are necessary, it would be like, hey, Elizabeth or Liz after 10 years at firm XYZ. Or don't if you can't include the name. Their exteriors of experience at an established buyout firm. I've started firm XYZ. Our strategy is this and you should be able to summarize it in three bullet points, right. Are you are you buy out? Are you growth? Are you venture? What segment of the market are you trying to pursue? So lower middle market, middle market, large market and do you have a sector or deal sort of area of focus right. You should be able to say we do these kinds of deals within this segment of the market. And here's our specialty, our special sauce is this would love to have an introductory conversation I've attached. My deck for you that goes through everything. Love to find a time to connect. Can we put in that summary e-mail the bullet points of like, by the way, here's some high level either returns or you've made. Here's how much we've deployed. Here's how you can include that. That's awesome. So do you prefer facts figures? And you're going to be able to scan through that super quick, like, alright, I get it. I understand exactly where they fit. I want to talk to them. Or you can at least have that gating decision very quickly. Including the like a couple of sentences on who you are and why you're contacting me. I would call it, you know, 5 bullet point highlights.
