For higher productivity and better quality... it will definitely avoid the assembly miss (screw miss) cases. Before also some semi automatic tightening systems available were we can pick the screw with screw driver by magnetic force. in this screw only feeded and screw driver was connected with PLC so number of screw taken and torque achieved will be monitored and alarm will generate.
