Rapid change in technology has brought in changes to HR expectations, changes in HR strategy and obvious changes in HR systems. Organizations have raised their bar when they demand for a quality HR system. Gone are those days when employee experience was considered as "good to have". It’s ask has drastically upgraded to "must have".
These days common expectations are like: System should be engaging, should have a great look and feel, should offer enhanced user experience, Employee and Manager self service should be easy to use, should be able to manage workforce smoothly, integration flexibility and great reporting features.
With my experience and in my opinion #SuccessFactors becomes a good option in this field because it ticks all the boxes.
> Managing People and performing transactions are easy and fast. May it be triggering workflows, or performing data changes, or even configuring field/Data validations, all of it can be deployed as per customers needs.
> Half yearly releases performed by SuccessFactors are timely and feature oriented. These releases not only concentrate on product enhancements of features but also take considerations to what customers ask for.
> This HXM(Human Experience Management) suite provides personalized experiences where country specific requirements can also be taken care.
