Great advice here, Emily Tucker! I also think that it's easy to slip into the habit of trying and solve all the problems and answer all the questions WE THINK the prospects have because we think that it makes us look smart instead of simply humbling ourselves enough to just have a simple conversation and ask. This is how we better serve our prospects!

Begin with a more intimate conversation with the consumer as to their experience, their concerns, their personal needs and meet them there so they feel heard. Once they feel safe and understood, their relationship and understanding of what Senior living can offer them. Thank you, Emily.
