Hi, Bob. Then if you're gonna go dancing now to get you all cleaned up and showered, kind of give you a shout. Ohh yeah, I can help you shower. I'll go shower. And so they went in and she helped him bathe and he got cleaned up. And then she took him out and she got him dressed in his suit and his tie and these shiny leather shoes. And then she walked him out into the common area and she put music on and she started dancing. And I just love it when people can find those creative solutions like that. And I love it when senior living operators allow that kind of freedom so their team members can go do something to solve a real problem, because too often that doesn't happen. One of I mean, the most important part of that story is that he did go dancing, right? That's right, That's right. And to you know, oh, we're going to go dancing. And then he gets showered and then he's like, what the heck, right does that even for someone who has memory loss, that can destroy their trust in people and the report that they have. And and that's it. That's it is like when you're doing. You know, there's a buzzword of like person centered care, especially in long term care, but and all of the medical community now. And that's what it looks like is like knowing the person well and knowing like what motivates them and what gets them excited.
