🆕 Move2THz kicked off at Soitec HQ on July 9 and 10! This EU-backed project, coordinated by Soitec teams unites 27 research and industrial partners from 7 countries (Belgium, France, Germany, Lithuania, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland) to revolutionize high-frequency #semiconductor technology. The group’s work will focus on establishing a robust European supply chain and a cutting-edge manufacturing ecosystem for Indium Phosphide (#InP) semiconductors. Innovative InP technologies deliver unprecedented speeds and energy efficiency, crucial for future applications like #AI mega data centers to #6G mobile communications and beyond. For two days, our teams and partners met and discussed the 2024 tasks and goals to develop a future generation of high-frequency semiconductors based on Indium Phosphide at the edge of the French #Alps!
