Today the employees were treated to a breakfast of rice porridge and a hearty sandwich, courtesy of Bistrot - Restaurang & Catering. It is a good moment for the employees to unwind and socialise while enjoying some tasty food. Rice porridge has been a staple of Swedish Christmas breakfasts for hundreds of years, but it was only in the 1800's that even the average Joe could afford it, and now we cannot imagine a Christmas without it. What does a Christmas breakfast look like where you live?
