(Xingfa Group) announced that for Q1–Q3 2024, it expected to achieve net profits attributed to shareholders of the listed company of USD181.02 million–USD195.17 million (RMB1.28 billion–RMB1.38 billion), which represents a YoY growth of 37.07% to 47.78%, slightly exceeding expectations. In Q3 2024, the company expected to achieve a net profits attributed to shareholders of the listed company of USD67.18 million–USD81.32 million (RMB475.00 million–RMB575.00 million), marking an increase of 46.04% to 76.79% YoY. The main reason for the increase in performance during this period was:   The agrochemical market sentiment had picked up, and the earning capacity of Xingfa Group's phosphorus ore, phosphate fertiliser, and glyphosate products had been enhanced YoY.
