❗️Stripe customer portal will no longer allow your clients to pause. It's okay, because it wasn't the best anyways. 🥳 QUEUE however will let your clients pause. We store the remaining days of their subscription when they pause, and then extend the renewal date when they unpause. The ideal way, automated. 💡 You can import all your Services + Subscriptions from Stripe to Queue with a few clicks.

Contracts don’t exist in a vacuum - there’s an ecosystem of tools and processes on both sides of the deal that are involved both before and after signature. That’s why our vision is to turn contracts into APIs, enabling the transfer of data into and out of these contracts automatically, at scale, with complete reliability. Common Paper agreements are built on structured data in a consistent schema. This makes it dramatically easier both for people and software to understand what agreements actually mean. Our first big unlock here was MagicBill, our feature built on an integration with Stripe that automatically invoices and collects cash from your customers after they sign. More than 50 companies have gotten paid faster using MagicBill. We have a lot more to come on this front, and we just released two features this past week: The first is our Slack integration, which pushes agreement updates and next steps directly into Slack so you can keep deals moving faster. You can configure notifications, private/public channel access, and get links directly to your agreements to take next steps like negotiating and signing.
