In this case, development times were slashed by 40%. It is 2024 and there is no reason why your 'CORPORATE TRAINING and/or MARKETING' videos should take too long, be too complex, or burn resources to get stunning outputs! Keep it slow, steady, and sustainable! That has been our mantra at Iraaloom ® As we approach our 5-year anniversary this September, I can’t help but reflect on the incredible journey we've had. From the moment we started, it has been a rollercoaster of challenges, triumphs, and learning experiences. To be honest, I never imagined we’d reach this milestone. Looking back, while it’s been five years since our incorporation, operationally, I can say it truly feels like just two and a half or three years. The pandemic hit us hard, with two of those years lost to the chaos of COVID-19. But we rose from the ashes like a phoenix. The support and well-wishes we received during that time kept us going. Now, post-COVID, we're not just surviving, we're thriving. We're growing, improving, and scaling up in ways I couldn’t have predicted. And it’s all thanks to the incredible people who believed in us and supported us along the way. But behind every success story, there’s a team—an unstoppable force driving the vision forward. I’m proud to introduce the powerhouse behind Iraaloom’s success: Team Iraaloom. They are the backbone, the energy, and the creativity that fuels everything we do. As we look toward the future, with more goals and achievements ahead, I encourage you to stay tuned. Big things are on the horizon, and we're just getting started. Watch us as we continue to grow and make an impact! Iraaloom.com Ph:7306892199 Nithin Raj Nisthana K.A Gayathri Ganesh

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Hospitarian! 🎉 When we started Hospitarian, our goal was to merge our hospitality and marketing backgrounds to help hospitality businesses improve their impact through our “Hospitarian” approach to customer engagement and brand storytelling. However…NOT a news flash, of course…the pandemic quickly made that vision impossible to bring to life. It was an incredibly tough time, and we faced unprecedented challenges like many businesses. The hospitality industry was hit hard, and we had to think creatively and adapt quickly to survive. Inspired by our passion for teaching and mentorship, James and I decided to pivot that engagement and storytelling concept to build immersive, career-focused experiences. We went on the road across Indiana and beyond to hear from thousands of students, educators, companies, and community stakeholders. They shared their journeys and struggles, and we knew this was, as I like to say, “The Best Right Next Step,” for us and for our company to make a difference in a much bigger way. These were the foundations that have since become iXplore. The pivot certainly hasn’t come without its own challenges. Even as we have had to traverse many winding and unexpected paths these last 5 years, I feel immense gratitude for our clients, partners, and the incredible team that has become part of this journey with us. Your continued support has been invaluable and made all the difference. Reflecting on the last half-decade, I celebrate that the Hospitarian spirit – our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity for positive, authentic, impactful experiences – lives on in everything we do. While the pandemic pivot may have forced us to view the form those experiences take much differently than when we started, trusting the journey has led us here, and I couldn’t be more excited for where we are now and what’s to come next. So here's to the journey, as we chart the course for the next 5 years, continuing to innovate and build a brighter future for the next generation. Thank you for being with us through it all. 🥂 #Anniversary #Hospitarian #iXplore #Innovation #Gratitude #Journey #PositiveExperiences #CareerDiscovery #ThankYou

6 years at Medical Insights – What a ride! 🎢 It's been a true rollercoaster and an adventurous journey. I’m very thankful for the thrilling ride and the lovely people who made every twist worthwhile. 🚀✨ The passion and energy at Insights are one-of-a-kind. Here’s what I’ve learned from the ride: 1️⃣ Good Things Take Time. Features, teams, communities... none of it happens overnight. (Trust me, we tried.) 2️⃣ Challenge Everything. The status quo is just a starting point. I saw the impossible become possible – and yes, sometimes it was messy. Test, measure, repeat. 3️⃣ Forget the “Killer Feature.” The magic wasn't in one big thing, it was in the small improvements, over and over. The real MVP? Continuous optimization. 🛠️ 4️⃣ Ask Your Community, Then Actually Listen. Radical idea, I know. 😉 5️⃣ Fear Is a Terrible GPS. Sure, it avoids potholes, but it also misses out on a lot of scenic views. Take risks, or you’ll be stuck circling the parking lot. 6️⃣ Bring Your Own Sunshine. Smile, open up, and watch how it changes the room. Positivity is contagious, in the best way. 🌞 7️⃣ Office, Home, Beach – It’s All Work. We went from full office mode to full remote during COVID, and now we’re an international team with people working from somewhere regularly. Face-to-face meetings are important. But it's not about the frequency, but about making those moments count. Now, it's time for a new adventure. Stay tuned. 🔜✨

To my dear colleagues, stakeholders, partners and friends As we approach the end of this remarkable year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the journey we've shared together. This year has been filled with both challenges and triumphs, and I am incredibly proud of the resilience and dedication we have demonstrated as a team. We have faced numerous obstacles, but through our collective effort and unwavering commitment, we have not only overcome them but have also achieved significant milestones. Our collaboration and perseverance have been the cornerstone of our success, and I am grateful to each and every one of you for your contributions. However, this year has also brought moments of profound sadness. We mourn the sudden loss of our dear colleagues Bernard and Victor, who passed away on April 12 and August 14, respectively. Their absence is deeply felt, and we remember them with great affection and respect. Their contributions to our team and their positive spirits will always be cherished and remembered. As we look forward to the new year, I encourage each of you to take some time for self-reflection. Consider the following questions: What do you want to start next year? Think about new initiatives, habits, or skills you want to develop that will help you grow both personally and professionally. What do you want to stop next year? Identify any practices or behaviors that may be hindering your progress or well-being, and consider how you can let go of them. What do you want to do differently next year? Reflect on your experiences from this year and think about how you can approach things differently to achieve better outcomes. I believe that by taking the time to reflect on these questions, we can all enter the new year with a clear vision and renewed energy to face whatever comes our way. Thank you all for your hard work, resilience, and dedication. I look forward to another year of growth, collaboration, and success with all of you. Wishing you a wonderful holiday season and a prosperous new year!! 🍀

In exactly 4 months, I’ll celebrate a 10-year anniversary since I started my journey with Karanovic & Partners. Back then people often asked me how I felt after the change. My response was always the same – that it feels like coming home after a long trip. Coming to a home full of great people. A house full of amazing professionals. Successful, yet grounded. I was 30 years old when I started this journey, but I was not afraid of the challenge. On the contrary, I could not wait to start running. I was ready and I trusted myself. I had a plan, and I simply started executing. Day by day, week by week. Looking back, I see my journey in two phases. The first 5 years were incredibly challenging and required immense hard work and dedication to build our practice in Slovenia. The energy I invested was unbelievable. I often wonder if I can repeat something similar in this lifetime (not that I think I should). I also wonder if we would be where we are today had I chosen a different, more modest path with a slower pace. I do not have the answer as I cannot walk the same path twice, but I am sure of one thing – having a clear plan, focused dedication, belief in yourself and being surrounded with great people can bring amazing results. The second part of the journey was challenging in a different way. I vividly remember April 2020, when the world paused, and the legal community worried about the workflow. And how quickly this turned around, bringing the busiest years we've ever seen, especially in M&A. For me, the last 5 years where even better as new leaders emerged in our firm that brought our services to the next level. As we look back on the Paris 2024 Olympics, the parallel is clear. There was a lot of sacrifice and hard work. Sometimes we won, sometimes we lost. But the direction was clear from day one – forward and to the top. However, one thing has to be said very clearly. I would not be where I am today without amazing people that joined me on this path. Some chose different directions, many stayed. I am grateful to each and every one of them as they all contributed to who we are today. THANK.YOU.ALL. #10yearanniversary #4monthstogo

Your Journey Has No Deadline: The Year Is Only a Milestone🐾🐾. As we step into the final chapter of the year, let’s take a moment to pause and reflect🧘🙇♀️. The truth is, the year isn’t a deadline for your dreams or goals. Life’s journey doesn’t conform to the boundaries of a calendar. Instead of dwelling on what wasn’t achieved, celebrate the progress you’ve made; big or small. Each step forward is a testament to your resilience and effort. Remember, every single day offers a fresh opportunity to align with your aspirations. Reflect on the things you’ve accomplished, no matter how few they may seem. Gratitude has a way of highlighting just how far you’ve come, even when the road ahead still stretches on. So, as we embrace this last month of the year, let’s stay hopeful, focused, and kind to ourselves. The new year isn’t the only chance to start afresh. Every sunrise is a new beginning. Happy New Month Lovelies🤗.Let’s make it count.✨✨ #NewMonth #ProgressNotPerfection #GrowthMindset #StayPositive #DailyInspiration #NewBeginnings #MindsetMatters #CelebrateGrowth #KeepMovingForward #NoDeadlines #SelfReflection #AchieveYourGoals
