On a global stage, I will host a peer talk on "Scaling Kubernetes deployments on AWS" during AWS Re: Invent in Las Vegas. Only 8 out of 20 slots remaining. My peer talk will focus on observability. We will ask ourselves: What has been your experience with implementing observability and monitoring for complex Kubernetes environments? What strategies are you using for your cluster management and autoscaling? I highly recommend this session for engineers from medium to large companies. For those from startups or early-stage firms, we will discuss AWS serverless, as it plays a vital role in managing workloads with low traffic effectively. Register here: https://lnkd.in/dJhsXXEt See you then! #aws #ReInvent

Don't File for Bankruptcy Over Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bills! 🚫💸 Did you know? 60% of startups risk financial instability due to poor cloud resource management. Most startups receive AWS and other credits. But many DevOps teams deploy high-speed servers without optimizing the code, leading to bloated infrastructure. When the credits run out, the bills pile up—leading to a scramble to cut costs. Here's how to avoid this trap: 1. Optimize your code from the start. 2. Use only the necessary infrastructure. 3. Implement efficient algorithms. 4. Regularly review and refactor your code. 5. Monitor resource usage and adjust accordingly. 6. Leverage caching and CDNs for better performance. Don’t waste your credits. Build a sustainable infrastructure from day one. 🏗️ Need help optimizing your tech setup? Contact TST Technology to get started! 💡 👉 How do you manage your infrastructure to avoid wasting resources? #CloudOptimization #StartupLife #TechTips #AWS #DevOps #SaaS

AWS is powerful, but if you’re not careful, costs can skyrocket. Good news? You can optimize your AWS bill without sacrificing performance. Here are 4 AWS cost optimization tips every startup should know: 1. Use Reserved Instances Pre-book your server time and save up to 75% compared to on-demand pricing. It’s a no-brainer for long-term projects. 2. Leverage Spot Instances For flexible workloads, use spot instances and cut costs by up to 90%. Huge savings with the same power. 3. Auto-Scaling & Right-Sizing Make sure you're not paying for more than what you need. Use auto-scaling to adjust resources and right-size your instances. 4. Monitor & Optimize Storage Don’t let unused storage run up your bill. Clean up idle resources and take advantage of S3 storage tiers for maximum efficiency. Optimizing AWS = Keeping costs low + Scaling smart The result? More runway, faster growth. What’s your top AWS cost-saving hack? Let’s share ideas below👇 --- P.S. Found this helpful? Spent some time on the chatbot feature (RAG System). again. Pinecone vector database has Serverless indexes, so I store information in it and then do a similarity search to get top docs. Using AWS Bedrock Titan models for both embeddings and LLM response to generate an answer. Example question: Do you have authentication in your template, and what kind? Chatbot answer: Yes, we have authentication in our template. We offer authentication through email/password, Google OAuth, and AWS Cognito. Next step: building UI for that. You can also have that, for your SaaS and your data once you deploy the template: saasconstruct.com #aws #saas #indiehackers #startup #buildinpublic

Ask yourself 3 questions before you leverage AWS Services for your startup: 1. Do you need scalable infrastructure? 2. Are you looking to cut costs? 3. Do you want to innovate faster? If the answer to all 3 is yes, then go all-in with AWS.
