A Message Worth Remembering Throughout 2025 Mental health challenges have many causes, and one that causes significant damage to otherwise healthy people, is bullying and mobbing. These harmful behaviours can take place within families, communities, and workplaces. While some instigators are fully aware of the cruelty they are inflicting, others may lack self-awareness. Education is critical to raising awareness about the serious and often devastating impacts of these behaviours on people’s lives. Bullying, harrassment and mobbing are not trivial issues; they are harmful, morally wrong, and can lead to lasting psychological and financial damage. In 2025, let’s collectively raise our voices against bullying and mobbing. Let this be a year of heightened awareness, increased accountability, and meaningful action. It is essential for those in positions of authority to honour their responsibilities, set boundaries, and act with integrity—even when it means challenging friends or those in power. Nobody should be above the law, and Australia has robust legal frameworks to address these issues. What we need is consistent enforcement. The No More Mobbing Campaign is committed to educating and advocating for change in 2025. We invite you to join us for two significant summits that have been scheduled for this year, focused on drawing attention to the immense suffering caused by psychosocial abuse and driving progress toward respectful, supportive environments: June: New Zealand Summit - Title to be announced (#DrDonnaStemmer) November: Australian Summit on Respect 2025 This is not a “soft” issue—it is the much harsher reality of life and death for many individuals. The time for complacency is over. We must speak out and take action to create a future where respect, accountability and integrity are the norm. Let’s work together to make 2025 a turning point. 🧡 Join us 🧡
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year everyone

One of the most significant shortcomings one can have is failing to make an attempt. This can occur when one is afraid of failure or feels that the risks are too great. It is essential to recognize that not trying at all can be a more significant failure than attempting and not succeeding. Inaction can result in missed opportunities for growth and learning, as well as the chance to achieve one's aspirations. To avoid this, it is vital to take calculated risks, learn from failures, and persevere towards one's goals.

The wisdom of Maya Angelou is known globally and her impact is unquestionable. I was drawn to this quote while thinking about my own coaching journey, and my Why? I began coaching in the 1990s, while leading and building my team of distributors to 300 throughout the UK. The challenges weren't just about maintaining the channels of communication so that I was available to support the individual dustributor when they need it, the reliance on being available, and ready to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in to help members of my team who themselves wanted to build their teams, and mainly at the weekends. This meant extensive weekend travel to various locations in the UK. However, my biggest challenge of all was running that business and bringing up a young family concurrently. I will always remember the struggles to find suitable and trustworthy cover to take care for my children, and if I ever had a reason to give up that would have been it. Balancing the love for my children and the love for what I did, helping others succeed, was at times like climbing a mountain without the correct tools, harnesses, helmets, etc. This had brought me to many crossroads, where my decision-making ability often under went much scrutiny. On every occasion, the decision was, giving up 'is not an option! ' What helped me to continue to do what I loved were - having a mentor, who was also my accountability partner - having a plan - gaining the knowkedge of how to execute my plan - having and exercising self-belief and self-discipline - building resilience and faith - doing the work required Looking back, I feel a sense of achievement and satisfaction that I helped my team and, myself, to reach some big goals/milestones in business, and being recognised and awarded for our achievenents, many times over. This is because I had pursued doing what I love. If you're still struggling with - doing everything alone - not have a workable plan - not knowing how to move forward in your business - you don't believe it's possible to have a viable and profitable Startup - you want to fall in love with your Startup I'm here to help. DM me. The details are below #startup #startupfounders #business #success #leadership #goals

The three key takeaways that stood out to me in today's sermon are: 1. Understanding is the key to unlocking outstanding success. This made me realize that knowledge is not enough; we must also apply it in our lives. It's not just about knowing what to do, but also understanding why and how. 2. Our mindset must shift for our circumstances to change. This hit home for me because I have been in situations where I felt stuck, but then I realized that my mindset was the barrier. When we change our perspective, we open ourselves up to new possibilities. 3. Celebrating God's faithfulness, even in challenging times, positions us for future blessings. This reminded me that gratitude is a powerful tool. When we focus on what we already have, rather than what we lack, we attract more positivity into our lives. These principles apply not just to our spiritual lives but also to our personal and professional journeys. In life, we face various challenges and situations that test our resolve, we should not only apply but embrace these takeaways. Happy Sunday❤️

TRUE - - - It is time, isn't it? TIP: our only point of 'control' is the present. 🕒 If we wait for 'someone else' to take a stand or push back against dishonorable behavior, nothing will change. Over nearly a decade, I've witnessed and experienced what I define as 'Systemic Avoidance of Duty' (SAD) within Management, HR, and Unions. 😔 The truly SAD aspect is that those who perpetuate this toxicity may not realize how much better their work and career experiences could be. It often functions as a trauma response. We should expect and demand more from those entrusted with 'The Public Trust,' especially when they violate that trust. ⚖️ It has to stop. The data supports this. There's no cost savings or financial benefit to maintaining a toxic environment—it merely reinforces undiagnosed narcissism or sociopathy among those in power, who pretend to be 'doing their job' when they are not. 🚫 Transforming toxic operations into healthy environments is always a win:win. The problem is, those guilty are afraid of being exposed. From a POTU perspective, demanding punitive measures only perpetuates 'Structural Violence'. We need to make it safe for change to happen. The problem with SAD is that it's all about using 'force' and abusing 'power', rather than stewarding power to create a non-toxic environment. 💪 When refusal to end toxicity persists, external oversight and litigation become necessary for positive change, which should be unnecessary among fair-minded and reasonable people. If policy and justice fail, depending on the severity of the harm caused, human beings eventually rebel when they lose faith in the systems supposedly preventing SAD. 🔥 We enjoy fictions like 'The Punisher' and 'The Equalizer' because they address unchecked corruption that leads to toxic, and eventually criminal, activities. Such corruption evolves when we fail to challenge SAD in our lives, work, and careers. Being a business owner, for example, does not grant the right to be abusive. 👊 We have a lot of work to do. It begins by each of us taking personal responsibility to expose, challenge, and say 'no' to SAD when it shows up. It also involves documenting events in support of those targeted and being an honorable 'witness' to those who dare to stand against it. 🛡️ Too many people are waiting for 'someone else' to act, while merely complaining. That does not work. 💬 - POTU David 💖 Love/Like, 🔁 Repost/Share, 💬 Comment with your thoughts, share. Our world needs to learn how to live the principles it already knows. #potudavid #howtothinkpotu #management #HR #unions #sadmanagement #sadhr #sadunions
