When we envisioned the idea of F&O Masterclass under the banner of CNBC_Awaaz, it seemed to be a very daunting task as a team to put together something that none of us had ever done before. Team Parallel hasn’t had a meeting in a conference room since circa February 2020, but as of lately a lot of celebrities seem to be? We’ve noticed a trend of ads featuring talent in conference rooms (beyond this Dunkin ad, Michael Cera x CeraVe, the cast of the Office x ATT, to name a few), and while these ads are mining the comedic potential, there’s a serious trend underpinning it: it’s becoming more and more normal for celebrities and creators to end up in actual board rooms as they take on more prominent roles in startups.
