Last night, Sindi Krasta, Benny Wu, EIT, Karina Fiola Anggara, Carlos Abreu, Elizabeth G. DePaola, Yona Rubin, David Madrigal, EIT, Eric Samaniego, Meghan Krupka, L.M.T., P.E., Noah Sasse, and Gerry Lourentzatos completed another excellent Canstruction New York, Inc. (Canstruction Global HQ) canned food sculpture. The proceeds and canned food goods of the event will be donated to City Harvest. The structure was constructed at Brookfield Place (Brookfield Properties). This year's theme was inspired by the movie Ratatouille, as the movie's main character, Remy, was brought to life in canned food; the mission statement is below: "That's not just another New York City rat: it's Remy! Just like this world-renowned French chef who knows that "anyone can cook," we believe anyone can make a big difference.
