In today’s fast-evolving landscape, leaders are tasked not only with navigating change but also with embodying a culture that prioritizes employee wellbeing, fostering the resilience and agility needed for continuous transformation. As we face unprecedented pressures, it’s clear that sustainable business success, particularly in an era of macro-uncertainty, hinges on investing in an organization’s most vital resource: its employees. Boards and investors increasingly recognize this, understanding that the wellbeing of employees directly impacts everything from supply chain efficiency to brand reputation and ESG commitments.   In this context, WorkWell Leaders (WWL) and SGListCos are delighted to present a special fireside conversation with Professor Tommy Koh on the theme “Leaders Championing Change for a Thriving Workforce.” This event, designed for CEOs and their C-Level designates, will follow Chatham House Rules and is part of WWL’s CEO Luminaries series. WWL is a registered charity and leadership movement of CEOs who promote changes in mindsets and behaviours towards workplace wellbeing, driving business growth and the application of ESG standards.   Professor Tommy Koh is a distinguished changemaker in Singapore’s development, advocating for social inclusion, environmental conservation, and freedom of speech. Currently, he serves as the Ambassador-at-Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chairman of the National Heritage Board.   Event: CEO Luminaries – Leaders Championing Change: A Conversation with Professor Tommy Koh Moderated by WorkWell Leaders Founder & Chairperson, Anthea Ong Date: Wednesday, 16 October 2024 Time: 11.30am – 2pm (lunch will be provided) Location: Venue to be confirmed on RSVP   11.30am – 12pm: Registration 12pm – 1pm: Buffet Lunch and Networking 1pm – 1.45pm: Fireside Chat 1.45pm – 2pm: QnA   To attend this unique opportunity to delve into Prof. Koh's experience with leading systemic change, please register with the link below by 13 September 2024.   https://lnkd.in/gfDbxM7t   Join us for what promises to be a thought-provoking and interactive conversation about what defines us as leading changemakers while we grapple with our current realities of constant re-invention and delivering short-term results.
