Ltd., Near Him Jyoti School, Dehradun, Uttarakhand – 248001 Reports To: Managing Director (MD) Role Summary This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an HR Manager and an Executive Assistant to the MD. The position requires strategic and operational oversight of HR functions while providing high-level administrative support to the MD. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a skilled communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Onboarding: o Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. o Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. o Conduct Induction Programs to brief new joiners on the company’s vision, culture, policies, and roles to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. 2. Employee Relations: o Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving grievances and maintaining a positive workplace culture. o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. 3. Performance Management: o Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems. o Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. 4. HR Policy & Compliance: o Design and update HR policies in line with organizational goals and legal requirements. o Maintain accurate employee records and oversee payroll processing. o Oversee and maintain accurate attendance and leave records for all employees. o Review production data and generate invoices based on the verified information. 5. Administrative Support: o Manage the MD's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. o Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations for the MD. 7. Coordination & Communication: o Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. o Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes. 8. Confidentiality & Discretion: o Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality. o Ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency in all tasks. Key Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: o Minimum 3+ years in HR management. o Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Skills: o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. o Excellent organizational and multitasking. o Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite. o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. o A proactive approach to problem-solving with decision-making capability. o High levels of integrity and professional ethics.
