Don’t order anything from Myntra. Here is my experience with a recent order. I requested a replacement, and before the replacement was delivered, Myntra’s delivery team collected my original order product, promising the replacement would be delivered once it arrived for delivery. This happened because the replacement order I placed had the same tracking ID linked to another order, which was also on a replacement request. Since one replacement arrived early, the delivery team collected both due to a logistics issue on their end. When I asked Myntra Support to assist with a resolution, they closed the incident ticket I created in the Myntra Fashion app without resolution, and now no one from Myntra is responding to my complaint. Escalating this issue with Nandita Sinha CEO of Myntra, since the support team at Myntra failed to do their job.
I second this. I have been on customer care calls everyday (on an average 15-20 mins) raising tickets for a wrong product that was delivered to me on the 13th oct which got picked on 14 th October and i still haven't received the refund. They open tickets and close it themselves with no sign of resolution. I have all the call recordings with the delivery person , local Myntra warehouse manager and customer care executives Myntra Support MYNTRAFASHION . Every person I have been in touch with has failed to do their job. Myntra is not the place to shop. In the name of elite customers, they have just been making a fool of yours truly! It is a horrible experience and disheartening to say the least. Escalating it to Nandita Sinha Govindraj M K to seek any assistance.
