Achievement Unlocked: Passed my First ACCA P-Level Exam - SBL! It’s been a challenging journey, but I’m thrilled to share that I’ve cleared the Strategic Business Leader (SBL) exam in the September attempt. A step closer - 3 papers more to go to be an ACCA. Coming from a non-commerce background, without a BCom degree, and knowing very little about accounting when I started, this achievement feels even more special. In June, I missed passing by just 1 mark—I scored 49. That hit hard. But failure doesn’t define us; it fuels us to rise stronger. But I am thankful to Hasan Dossani sir, Anuj Manoj Kumar ↗, ACCA, my KPMG family - Hardik Grover, ACCA, Parth Khushu, Sushmita Khare, ACCA and Manmeet Kaur ACCA for all guidance. When I flunked in June attempt, I am grateful to my managers at KPMG- CA Mohit Chadha, ACA for his thought provoking words that moved me to go stronger for Sep attempt and Aarti Bansal that phone call and 30 mins pep talk that you gave me turned out to be really helpful. To anyone from a non-finance or non-accounting background, don’t let self-doubt hold you back. With dedication and resilience, you too can conquer ACCA exams. If I can do it, so can you! Excited to share that I've successfully cleared my ACCA-Strategic Business Reporting exam on the first attempt!
