Your local Fire and Rescue Service can conduct a Home Safety Visit, I have had the pleasure of completing a few around our area. By following our tips and advice you can reduce the risk of a fire in your home. This easy-to-follow home fire safety check has been developed through a partnership between the National Fire Chiefs Council (NFCC), Fire Kills and Safelincs. It will take you through your home one room at a time and the simple questions will help you spot fire risks as you go around your home. #fire #rescue

🚒 We have been collaborating with Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service, who are conducting neighbourhood “Hot Strikes” following several recent fires in our residents’ homes involving tumble dryers. These Hot Strikes are home fire safety visits designed to assist local residents in reducing fire risks in affected areas. The recent incidents have prompted warnings from fire safety experts, including our Fire Safety Manager, Martin Mellor.
