If you create a caring, supportive and understanding company culture, it will make employees more loyal and productive. Making employees feel valued and appreciated is the best thing you can do every day. In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to forget to take a moment to do this. Even the slowest employee will do their best if they know their efforts are appreciated. Appreciation, along with rewards, greatly boosts morale and productivity. Don't just say you appreciate me. Show me! Actions speak louder than words! When you treat your employees with respect and kindness, it builds a strong bond of loyalty. They feel appreciated, and this leads to increased dedication and hard work. In return, they make the company a thriving place where people feel happy and supported. So, remember, treating employees well is not just good for the present, but it leaves a positive mark that will endure for a long time to come. It is clear that kindness leads to happy employees, and happy employees, in turn, lead to happy customers. When employees feel valued and respected through acts of kindness from managers and coworkers, their well-being and job satisfaction greatly improve. On the other hand, customers also prefer to do business with companies that treat their employees well. It's a win-win situation for everyone. Every employee deserves Respect, even after they leave the organization. Do you agree? I still keep in touch with my ex-coworker and some become friends we meet each other with smiles on our faces. When employees leave a company, they often become ambassadors for that company in various ways, intentionally or unintentionally. Former employees frequently share their experiences with others, including potential customers, clients, and future employees. Treating departing employees with respect ensures they leave with positive feelings about the company, which can translate into positive word-of-mouth recommendations #worknotes

How to be an employee advocate while maintaining your authentic voice: - Connect industry trends with your own expertise. Sharing a company blog post? Add your own insights about why it’s important rather than simply sharing a link to the piece. - Share personal growth stories tied to professional development. Discuss how a personal challenge helped you develop skills relevant to your work. - Highlight company culture through your personal lens. Share how your company's values align with your own, using specific examples from your experience. By integrating your personal experience with your professional role, you create a compelling narrative that resonates with your network while positively reflecting on your company. #EmployeeAdvocacy #EmployeeSocialMedia #PersonalBrand

Happy Friday! #Employers, are you friends with your employees both at work and/or at home? How has that been going for you? Kimekuramba (has it gone south) or are you thriving? Rose Ntong'ondu the #CEO of Makeup by Rose recently shared a harrowing story of how her #employees conducted a heist under her nose in an interview with Lynn Ngugi. We believe there are a number of lessons to be learnt from her experience. Key among them; ✅ Get your staff and hr from reputable agencies like Hustle4All to help with staffing training, documentation, follow ups and assessments of individual staff. These regular screenings help pick out issues before they blow up. ✅ Do not share inner details of your life with members of your staff, unless it is directly connected to their line of work. ✅ Set boundaries from the beginning of your interactions. Healthy boundaries will help foster a good working environment. We recently wrote an article on how to navigate the #domestic #employee and #employer relationship. You can read the full article here - https://lnkd.in/dbZADte2 Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments section below. What has been your experience? How do you strike a balance between professionalism and personal rapport? #DomesticWorkerRelationships #Poll #LinkedInDiscussion #linkedincommunity #letsconnect #staffmanagement #staffingsolutions #friday
