These processes include handling and processing data that originates from both Excel and multiple core banking systems. 3 Develop a deep understanding of the existing incentive calculation models, including the logic and rules defined by the business. 4 Automating Incentive Calculations: Design and implement automated solutions using Oracle PL/SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to replace manual processes. Ensure that the automation accurately reflects the business logic defined in goal sheets and other documentation. 5 Automate the integration of data from Excel files and core banking systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in incentive calculations. Integration: 6 Ensure seamless integration of automated solutions with existing banking systems and data sources, including core banking platforms and other financial systems. 7 Data Management & Integration: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple core banking systems and integrate it with data received in Excel to ensure accurate and timely incentive calculations. 8 Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python scripts to process and analyze data. 9 Understanding Goal Sheets: Collaborate with business teams to fully understand the goal sheets assigned to each Relationship Manager (RM) based on their respective lines of business.
