In #sweater weaving, there are many textile processes that can add design and functionality to fabrics. Needle pulling is one of the commonly used #textile processes in weaving. Needle pulling is the basic principle of floating thread formation, which refers to the structure formed on the surface of the #fabric without the knitting needle participating in weaving. This process is often used in knitted #clothing in spring and summer, and the texture it forms breaks the calmness of the weft plain needle. The hollowing and irregular sense not only give people a novel feeling visually, but also give the knitted sweater breathable, elastic and other functionalities. Have you tried to wear knitted #clothing with hollowing in spring and summer? Do you feel more comfortable? #fabric #exhibition #clothing #yarn #innovation #elements #style #design #team #products #trends #cooperative #fashion #fashionindustry

The Charm of Cable #Knitting 😍 Cable knitting is an ancient and rich literary and artistic knitting technique. Each needle and thread are intertwined to create unique patterns. Winding, interlacing, and interweaving are like paintings on the line. 🖼️ Even with the same pattern, changing to different colors of threads will present completely different effects. The knitting pattern is three-dimensional and has a good visual presentation. 👁️ Its thickness is a little thicker than that of ordinary flat knitting, and it is relatively more suitable for autumn and winter seasons. This is also one of the reasons why we often choose thick yarn to make cable knit #sweaters. 👚 It should be noted that the cable knitting process has relatively high requirements for factory machines, and general machines are prone to missed stitches and holes. Kuodian has been deeply engaged in the knitting #manufacturing industry for many years, practicing a precise process that combines machines and handicrafts. 🧵 In the knitting process, we talk to the lines, feel the temperature between the fingers, inject emotions into every stitch and every weaving, and create products with temperature! 💖 #manufacturing #manufacturer #manufacture #trend #trending #design #designer #designerfashion #designerlife #textile #textiledesign #textiles #textileindustry

The Art of Weaving: A Dance of Precision and Skill Weaving is not just about creating fabric; it’s a complex, rhythmic process that requires both skill and precision. I recently learned about the fascinating mechanics behind handloom weaving and wanted to share how it works. A seated weaver begins by pressing the treadles with their feet, which are connected to heald shafts through a series of cords. This interaction forms the shedding motion, where the shaft moves up and down, creating the essential layers of the shed. With each lift and press, the weaver shapes the intricate patterns that define the fabric. Next comes the weaving motion – the weaver pulls a cord that moves the picker, pushing the shuttle, which carries the weft thread, through the shed. The sley is then swung toward the weaver, with careful precision, to tighten the weave. It's incredible to see how this seemingly simple process results in beautiful, handwoven textiles. Every movement has a purpose, and each pattern tells a story. The heritage and craftsmanship behind every piece are truly inspiring. #Weaving #Handloom #Craftsmanship #TextileArt #SustainableFashion #HeritageCrafts

💎As sewists, we often focus on perfecting our stitching, choosing the right fabrics, and selecting beautiful patterns. 💎However, one crucial step in the sewing process is often overlooked: ironing. 💎Ironing is more than just a finishing touch; it's an essential step that can make or break the quality of your sewing projects. 💥Why Ironing Matters: ✅1. Crisp Seams: Ironing helps create crisp, smooth seams that lie flat, giving your projects a professional finish. ✅2. Accurate Fit: Ironing ensures that your fabric is even and smooth, allowing for accurate fittings and adjustments. ✅3. Reduced Wrinkles: Ironing minimizes wrinkles, making your projects look fresh and polished. ✅4. Easier Construction: Ironing helps you work with fabric more efficiently, making it easier to construct complex designs. ✅5. Professional Finish: Ironing gives your projects a finished, high-quality look that's essential for selling or gifting. 💥Tips for Effective Ironing: ✅1. Choose the right iron: Invest in a good-quality iron with adjustable heat and steam settings. ✅2. Use a pressing cloth: Protect delicate fabrics with a pressing cloth or ironing board cover. ✅3. Iron as you go: Iron each seam as you complete it to prevent wrinkles from setting in. ✅4. Use steam: Steam helps smooth out wrinkles and creases. ✅5. Press, don't iron: Pressing involves applying gentle pressure, while ironing involves moving the iron back and forth. #mssakhies #ecoverde #sustainablefashion #SewingCommunity #DIYFashion #SewingBlog #SewingInspiration
