Umm. Before you start writing down the questions, getting all eager, define what the problems are, the things you're trying to solve for, the topics you're trying to track. This will guide the service structure and ensure each question contributes to your goals. The next thing to remember is that people are busy. Keep the server concise and engaging, use clear language and a logical flow, and avoid overwhelming people with too many questions. Of course, I should stop myself here. There are nuances to this, which we'll discuss a bit later. The final thing is try to minimize bias in error. Things like wording can influence responses. Avoid double barrel questions which is just combining 2 questions into one. World leading language offer balanced answer choices and statistical analysis such as factor analysis, alpha scoring coefficients. All of these things play a key role in determining the predictive accuracy of your survey and eliminating error. This is once again a whole topic in itself, but just an FYI I guess.
