👉 How to lift a injured person or victim to reduce further risk of injury ?
Training regarding this given by the Jamshedpur Red Cross personel Shri. Shyam Kumar sir and after that we did a roleplay you can enjoy it in posted clip.
Some points said by the trainer & my self added some points.
1. Assess the Situation:
Ensure Safety: Make sure the environment and surrounding is safe for both you and the injured person.
Check for Injuries: Identify the type and extent of injuries. If the person has a spinal injury, do not move them unless absolutely necessary to avoid further danger.
2. Call for Help:
If the person is seriously injured, call emergency services immediately.
3. Position Yourself Properly:
Squat Down: Position yourself close to the person with your feet shoulder-width apart. Bend at your knees, not your waist, to avoid straining your back & keep your back straight.
4. Support the Head and Neck:
If a spinal injury is suspected, one person should stabilize the head and neck while others assist in lifting the body.
5. Use a Team Lift When Possible:
Two-Person Lift: If possible, have one person lift from the upper body and another from the lower body. Communicate and lift in unison.
Three or More People: For larger or heavier individuals, additional helpers may be needed to provide balanced support. In posted video you can see this exact process.
6. Lift Slowly and Smoothly:
Lift With Your Legs: Use your leg muscles to lift, keeping the person close to your body.
Avoid Twisting: Move your feet to change direction rather than twisting your body.
7. Place the Person Down Safely:
Gently Lower: Lower the person down gently to a safe and stable surface, such as a stretcher or flat ground.
Maintain Alignment: Ensure that the person’s head, neck, and spine remain aligned if a spinal injury is suspected.
8. Monitor the Person:
Once the person is moved, continue to monitor their condition and provide necessary first aid until professional help arrives.

🚆🚉🚄Urgent Fire Safety Concerns on Indian Railways – Shatabdi Express Experience🔥👨🚒🧯👩🚒
I recently traveled from Raipur to Bhopal on the Shatabdi Express (Train No: 12002, Coach: C11), one of the most prestigious trains in Bharatiya Rail. What I observed was not just disappointing, but alarming. IRCTCIRCTC OFFICIAL
🔴 Faulty Fire Alarm:The fire alarm system was in a faulty condition, putting countless lives at risk.
🧯 Outdated Fire Extinguishers: The train was equipped with cartridge-type fire extinguishers, which have been known to cause numerous deaths and are already outdated in the market. It baffles me why the Railways continue to use these hazardous extinguishers.
This is not an isolated issue. Just a month or two ago, a policeman lost his life not due to the fire itself, but because of the failure of such an extinguisher. Despite such incidents, the Railways have made no significant changes.
🚨 Wake-Up Call to Indian Railways:
- Life safety needs to be the top priority.
- Common people don’t care about the system; we care about our safety.
- It’s unacceptable to risk lives due to outdated equipment and negligence.
This is not the way to make Ek Bharat Shreshth Bharat. Bharat will be Shreshth when you are concerned about every life.
It's high time for the Indian Railways to wake up and prioritize passenger safety. Enough with the excuses and systemic failures. Human lives are at stake, and it’s your responsibility to protect them.

🔴 Workplace Tragedy in Railway Operations: A Call for Urgent Safety Reforms 🚨
A tragic accident recently occurred at Barauni Junction, Bihar, where railway employee Amar Kumar Raut lost his life during a shunting operation. While attempting to decouple the engine from the Lucknow-Barauni Express (Train No: 15204), the train unexpectedly reversed, fatally trapping Mr. Raut between the engine and a coach. Shockingly, after realizing the severity of the incident, the train driver reportedly fled the scene.
This accident highlights critical issues in railway operations: ⚠️ lapses in safety protocol adherence, 🛠️ inadequate training, and the lack of automation in high-risk roles. An inquiry has been ordered, with railway officials pledging corrective measures. However, this incident serves as a reminder of the need to re-evaluate and improve safety processes.
It’s time we consider automating or mechanizing tasks like shunting to ensure such tragedies are not repeated.
🙏 My deepest condolences to Mr. Raut's family and colleagues. Let’s push for a safer future in all high-risk industries.

It’s simply astounding how some government officials manage to redefine the boundaries of their responsibilities in such creative ways. Take, for instance, an IPS officer of Maharashtra cadre posted in Uttarakhand who recently decided that the best solution to a water shortage at her official residence in Dehradun was to call the Uttarakhand Fire Brigade. Clearly, this officer must believe that the primary purpose of fire brigades is to deliver water for household use, rather than, say, fighting fires and saving lives.
Instead of taking the mundane route of requesting a private or government water tanker, this officer chose to deploy emergency resources, thereby potentially jeopardizing the safety of the community. One can't help but marvel at the sheer audacity and utter disregard for the actual role of fire services. Imagine the fire brigade rushing to douse a blaze only to realize they are out of water because they were busy playing delivery service.
But why stop there? Perhaps next time, the police force can be enlisted to deliver groceries, or maybe ambulances can be used for personal transportation. After all, who cares about emergency services being available when they are needed the most? It’s heartwarming to see such innovative misuse of government resources, with no action taken yet. Truly, God help us!

The recent Howrah-Mumbai Express train accident, involving the derailment of the Mumbai-Howrah Mail, has been attributed to issues with the electronic interlocking system. This system is responsible for ensuring that train movements are managed safely and correctly through the signaling system.
In this instance, a "mistaken" signal led the train onto a wrong track, resulting in a collision with a goods train. The electronic interlocking system malfunctioned, causing the train to be directed to a loop line instead of the main line. This error has been identified as the root cause of the accident, leading to the tragic derailment and subsequent collision
