10.47: Aging We celebrated my sister's dog’s birthday with a fun barbecue today! 🐕🎉 Amidst all the good food and company, I realized how much my appetite has changed over the years. Even with 3 burgers, 2 hot dogs, and a steak, I felt like I couldn't eat as much as before. It’s funny how small changes remind us of how life evolves. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲! July 3rd through August 11th are known as the Dog Days of Summer. They’re usually the hottest and most unbearable days of the season.In addition to enjoying summertime fun, here are 𝙁𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙒𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙏𝙤 𝙆𝙚𝙚𝙥 𝘾𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝘿𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙃𝙤𝙩 𝘿𝙖𝙮𝙨: 1.𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗲 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 and use them to cool down pulse points. Freeze one for the dog and put in his bed to help keep him cool. 2. 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗹𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 by running cold water or holding ice cubes to your wrists for a few minutes. 3. Place a 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸 on the back of your neck. 4. 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 that require longer digestion and raise your body's core temperature. 5. Skip turning on the heat with your oven - 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱! #DogDaysofSummer #HealthyTeeth #HappyTeeth #WeKeepPeopleSmiling
