To clarify, high school students have to think of future jobs in their life as it will help them know other career prospects, aims and roadmaps for their career development. This way, students can make wise decisions regarding their education and skills development so that they are on track to their desired job. Moreover, early professional exploration can assist in identifying one’s interests, talents and core beliefs which are some of the key attributes of a satisfying job. It is also an early start for these young ones because they will be able to get good advice from people who have been there before and avoid any panic or confusion when it comes to deciding what they want to do with their lives. Essentially, encouraging high school students to think about what they will become later in life helps them take charge of their own professional journey; hence they can create a very successful career path that is fulfilling.
