International Men's Day: A Call for Mental Health Awareness. Today, we celebrate International Men's Day, a day to acknowledge the contributions of men and boys to society. But let's also take this opportunity to address a crucial issue: men's mental health. Too often, men are conditioned to suppress their emotions and tough it out. This can lead to serious mental health problems. It's time to break the stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health. As the author of "I Wish You Nothing," a collection of short stories exploring male emotions, I've seen firsthand the power of storytelling in addressing mental health issues. L Let's prioritize our mental well-being and create a more compassionate world. #InternationalMensDay #MentalHealthMatters #MensMentalHealth

As we observe Men's Mental Health Week, I am reminded of the importance of addressing mental health issues among men. This year's theme, "Breaking the Stigma: Strength in Seeking Support," resonates deeply with me. Too often, society expectations discourage men from expressing vulnerability, leading to silent struggles with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. By promoting open conversations and providing accessible resources, we can create a culture where seeking help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness. Let us use this week to educate, support, and uplift one another, fostering a community where every man feels empowered to prioritise his mental well-being. #mensmentalhealth

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month, and it's a reminder for all of us to check in on the men in our lives. As a society, we often put pressure on men to always be strong and to not show vulnerability, but it's important to remember that it's okay to not be okay. Middle-aged men have the highest rate of suicide around the world. This is a staggering statistic that highlights the need for more open conversations about men's mental health. Let's use this month as an opportunity to break down the stigma surrounding men's mental health and encourage open and honest conversations. Check in on your friends, family members, and co-workers. Let them know that it's okay to talk about their feelings and seek help when needed. We all have a role to play in supporting each other's mental health, and by creating a more understanding and compassionate environment, we can make a positive impact on the lives of those around us. Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Let's use this month to support and uplift the men in our lives. #MensMentalHealthAwarenessMonth #ItsOkayToNotBeOkay
