📢 Sustainability! Everyone’s doing it. 💥 But… What Does This Mean? Last week I put a poll out on LinkedIn and got the below results. I realize the results are not statistically sound, but directionally I think the results are spot on! 🔥 “Sustainable” Brands have a big job in terms of meeting expectations from their consumers and while we are at it, expectations from the earth to continue to provide natural resources! 🌎 As brands we are challenged to: design with less packaging, 📦 use more sustainable materials in the production of our products (and this isn’t always more sustainable in the bigger picture), 🌿 ensure that our finished product packaging is recycle-able or re-usable, 👜 AND educate our consumers on what sustainability means to our brands and share what and how we are measuring our “sustainability”. 📏 😱WHEW!
