Today, we kicked off the second session of the CCA Inspire Programme, bringing together a great group of team managers who shared their insights on the big challenges around employee engagement. Staff retention came up as the top concern, with a strong focus on finding ways to keep talent engaged and committed. We also dug into issues like recruiting people with the right mindset, managing diverse personalities, and balancing office and hybrid work.
