Aw… Sharing is caring… If only. In practice, Culture would starve if it relied on what passes as Strategy in most companies. But if you have a Real™ Strategy, be sure to account for culture and adoption measures. #strategy #culture #adoption #changemanagement #adoptionstrategy #reality #theory #aphorism #meme #coffee #bettertogether #together #adaptation #sharing #hunger #starvation #cooperation #listening #empathy #sympathy #compassion #humancondition #employeeexperience #mondaymood

Strategy and culture… Strategy is shaped by culture, just as culture is shaped by strategy. By strategy, I do not mean only formal strategy documents. And by culture, I do not mean only formal values. Instead, we are taking about how human choices in the past often become the traditions that guide what you will choose to do in the future. The past actions of others have created the cultures in which you work, and live. Culture can drive success, or it can lead to failure. The trick is to have a strategy and culture - and strategies and cultures - that work together to shape the future we want. “Freedom is what we do with what is done to us”, argued Jean-Paul Sartre, which includes the circumstances - or cultures - in which, and through which, we pursue purpose.

Spotting brilliance in the subtlest places. It's in the quiet moments of persistence, the gentle acts of innovation, and the soft footsteps of those paving a new path where the seeds of transformation are sown. We're surrounded by stories of overcoming, yet the most powerful narratives are those that spotlight the undercurrents of positive change. These stories don't always make headlines, but they're the ones fueling real progress in our communities, workplaces, and personal lives. Achievement is not always a trophy or a title. It's found in the resilience of a team adapting to change, the courage of a leader who listens more than they speak, and the innovative spirit of those who see possibilities where others see dead ends. By observing and celebrating these smaller victories, we not only acknowledge the effort behind them but also inspire a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Success is not just measured by what we achieve, but by the impact we leave on others and the values we uphold along the way. Every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and every connection is a step toward building something greater.
