Good morning all, hope everyone is having a better outlook today! Here's mine... I'm (J Doe) and I've been using (website) to find candidates for my Head Legal Assistant position at (law firm) in San Marcos, TX. I'm interested in candidates with your qualifications and would love to invite you to apply. If you're interested in learning more about the position, take a look at the details or go ahead and apply now. Now, here's the requirements: 3+ years of legal experience Proficiency in Adobe, Word, and case management software Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols I believe this to be another 'hook, line and sinker' 'catfishing' email because nowhere in my resume does it say I have any legal experience, not familiar with law, legal procedures or protocols. Now, why would anyone send out false hope recruitment emails for their Head Legal Assistant when a jobseeker has no experience for their position? Is this a tactic used by employers and recruiters to make a stressful situation even more frustrating? I didn't even reply, just deleted it and moved on. Shame of these people for doing this! Have a wonderful day and keep on smiling!

Consider hiring an Archivist for any historical records. Records to be transferred to storage are to be organized, coded into a document management and a retention period assigned. The retention schedule is to be reviewed yearly and updated according. Once records are eligible for disposal the reviewing department or practice area should review the information before disposal. Once properly authorized the disposal may occur.
