What an insightful share from Muhammad Ahsan Ayaz... 1- Master the details 2- Empathize with clients 3- Keep learning and adapting 4- Focus on impact, not just results 5- Engage with the community
Helping businesses and developers be more successful... Award winning Educator, Google Developer Expert, Speaker, Author, & Software Architect
🌍 From a small town in Karachi to helping tens of businesses and thousands of developers worldwide... (and here’s how you can do it too) I never thought about leaving the country or living abroad. Coming from a middle-class family in a town far from the city center, I grew up away from the so-called glamour of Karachi (at least when there was any). My goal was simple: to become someone who could make a decent living, support my family, and be proud of the skills I gained. But as the years passed, I realized something important—helping businesses grow and empowering developers isn’t just about having technical skills. It’s about mastering the details and understanding people in ways that truly benefit them. Now, having worked with global companies like Klarna, Scania Group, IOMechs, and Modus Create, and clients such as Pfizer, ICPlan, and Estenarh استنارة, I’ve learned how to build secure, scalable products that meet real business needs. Along the way, I’ve: - Published over 530 videos on YouTube - Given more than 150 talks, workshops, and webinars - Created 10+ courses to help developers grow their skills But enough about me—here’s how you can start making a bigger impact in your career or business: 🔑 Here’s what worked for me, and can work for you too: 1️⃣ Master the Details Success isn’t just about big ideas; it’s about the execution. The small things—refining code, perfecting a deployment, or fine-tuning a business plan—are often what separate “good” from “great.” 2️⃣ Empathize with Clients Don’t just deliver what’s asked—understand what clients really need. By seeing things from their perspective, you can exceed their expectations and build long-term relationships that go beyond just a single project. 3️⃣ Keep Learning & Adapting The tech landscape changes fast, and staying competitive means constantly learning. Whether it’s new tools, technologies, or techniques, always stay curious and ready to adapt. 4️⃣ Focus on Impact, Not Just Results It’s easy to get caught up in metrics, but true success lies in the impact you make. Whether you’re streamlining operations or helping someone grow their skills, aim for meaningful change, not just short-term wins. 5️⃣ Engage with Your Community Collaboration is powerful. By sharing knowledge, attending meetups, and mentoring others, you can amplify your success while helping others do the same. The more you give, the more you’ll grow. If you’re a business owner or developer looking to grow, remember: it’s about the details, understanding others, and staying curious. You can do this too—one step at a time. ♻️ Repost if you believe in empowering others through knowledge and empathy. #BusinessGrowth #DeveloperSuccess #EmpathyInBusiness #MasteryOfDetails #TechInnovation #Karachi #Entrepreneurship

UNLOCKING GLOBAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PAKISTAN'S IT FREELANCERS: A CALL FOR COLLABORATION Pakistan boasts a vast pool of skilled IT freelancers, but the lack of a centralized platform hinders their access to global markets. By partnering with global stakeholders, we can create a robust ecosystem that harnesses their talent and generates significant foreign exchange for Pakistan. Ministry of IT and Telecom Pakistan, Pakistan Software Houses Association, Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), and other relevant organizations must play a pivotal role in facilitating these partnerships. Collaborative efforts can unlock immense potential for Pakistan's IT industry and contribute to its economic growth. Here's how this collaboration can positively impact Pakistan: 1. SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth): By connecting Pakistani freelancers with global opportunities, we can create more decent jobs and boost economic growth. Freelancers will have access to higher-paying projects, leading to improved livelihoods and reduced poverty. 2. Why you'll never see a Unicorn 🦄 in Pakistan's Tech Sector 🤔 If you can see from my point of view you'll understand. First thing i noticed is most of them are liar's even big tech giants . The way they get clients and later treat them is beyond my understanding. I'hv noticed this alot these companies over promises clients from all over the world while they can't deliver. They deliberately put bugs in codes so in the name of maintenance they can charge more. They deliberately lie about their location . If you think corruption is in only government sector think again it's in our every sector almost. I'll be sharing my experiences regarding how our so called innovative tech companies are lying to clients and not only lying but deceiving them. If this is how it goes for longer period of time eventually they'll make it tough for newbies to enter market as sooner or later you'll be exposed and I'm not shocked why on Upwork people sometimes don't want to hire Pakistani's. #techsector #liars #ceo #founders #itsector #sales #pakistan #hr #hrcommunity #developers #corporatelife #clients #people

2 Things needed to build a successful business #Technical Skills #Business Skills Today's business landscape demands a strategic blend of both technical and business skills. #Founders who possess a well-rounded skillset in both areas are well-positioned for success. Kigali Business Lab Ltd innovated the PICS framework (Passion-Interests-Cause (problem)-Skills). #Skills: So, why do we need technical skills and business skills to build sustainable business model? Technical skills are the foundation. Technical skills are the specialized abilities required to perform specific tasks within a particular industry or domain. These skills form the bedrock of any business, allowing you to deliver the core product or service you offer. Business skills are Business the Roadmap to Success and Sustainability While technical skills are essential for building the product or service, business skills are the roadmap that guides your company towards profitability and sustainability. These skills encompass a broad range of capabilities related to managing and operating a business effectively. Skill Impact For example, a software developer with exceptional coding skills but no marketing knowledge might struggle to attract customers. Conversely, a marketing expert with no technical understanding might struggle to accurately represent the product's capabilities. #Rwandan #Entrepreneurs #technical and#business skills are #important #successful #businesses #PICS
