#globecore_technology The specialists of GlobeCore company have developed a combined technology that incorporates the advantages of thermovacuum and adsorption drying of industrial oils. The result of implementing this technology is the CMM-6/7 unit with a capacity of up to 6 cubic meters per hour. Its operating principle is as follows: the oil first passes through two cartridges with sorbent, where the majority of the water is removed, and then it enters the heater. From the heater, the oil enters the vacuum column, where a working environment of up to 0.5 millibars is created thanks to the operation of a two-stage vacuum system. Under the influence of the vacuum, the final drying and complete degassing of the oil occur. The advantage of the combined technology is that even with high water content, the oil can be dried to a residual moisture of no more than 5 ppm in a single pass.
