So here’s something I've observed over the past few years. Our Customer Support team has been a great career launchpad for a lot of people at Xplor and it helped them move into bigger roles when they were ready for it. And it makes sense. The team isn't just the heartbeat of Xplor but their role is central to our mission of helping people and businesses succeed. People in our Support team gain a deep understanding of our products and customers. #hiringalert Turning Oops into Opportunities at Tiggle! 👇 Last night, we noticed a customer commented on our Instagram post about not receiving her order placed on the 4th April, it was already the 17th. 😦 Normally, an orders take 3-5 days to reach a customer depending on the location. We instantly contacted her via DM to resolve the issue. It turned out a rare glitch had prevented her order from appearing in our system and being shipped. We quickly fixed the issue, explained the situation to her, and to apologize, we also included a sachet of our best-selling dark hot chocolate with her order. It was a five-minute raw and honest conversation with her where we admitted our mistake and she understood it. She commented back on the post afterwards - read the image to see the shift in emotions. ❤️ What helped her feel better were fundamental actions executed well - quick revert, honest update, and possibly, a thoughtful apology gesture. At Tiggle, we want to do more than just deliver an order. 💪 We aim to give the finest pre and post checkout experience to our Tigglers. We're growing fast in cities across India. In the past 3 months, we've 3x our sales, launched our chocolate blends on quick commerce, built a strong community and initiated a conversation about chocolate drinks in the market. We’ve delicious, unique products in the pipeline.
