Shelly Morales’ Post

As leaders, growth doesn’t happen in isolation. We thrive when we actively seek out guidance from mentors, peers, and other leaders who have walked similar paths. Learning from their experiences can help us navigate challenges more effectively and keep us on a path of continuous improvement. Asking for support isn’t just about addressing immediate needs—it's about harnessing the wisdom of those around us to drive long-term success. Creating a network of people with the right knowledge and expertise empowers us to lead with more insight, empathy, and confidence. In short, I believe that true leadership lies in recognizing that none of us have all the answers, but together, we can grow stronger and more effective. #Leadership #GrowthMindset #ContinuousLearning

I really like your framing here Shelly Morales of thinking about a spectrum of voices. I know you KNOW the power of advisors, coaches, and outsourced wisdom. As someone who leads a team of talented employees, I still need advice, experience beyond the scale and skill of our current position, and strategic doers alongside my team for the best possible outcome. I feel so lucky to be an entrepreneur in this age!
