What is success? It is being able to go to bed each night with your soul at peace. ## Seida Shena Nkrumah: ‘Transparency, Fairness, Respect, Empathy, Truthfulness, Integrity, and Professionalism’. The only truth about my strength is focus. This is not just a statement; it is my guiding principle and it is how I strive to live my life, both personally and professionally. MY ‘MAIN’ Focus is to ‘Remain’ Focused. ( Ibrahim Kwame Asante) This quote leads directly to this conclusion. I am a firm advocate for the principle of equal justice for all. Regardless of citizenship, socioeconomic status, or influence, every individual deserves fair and impartial treatment under the law. Justice should be dispensed equitably, ensuring that those who merit it receive a just outcome. I am dedicated to conducting thorough and impartial investigations, with the unwavering goal of uncovering the truth in every instance. My commitment extends to ensuring that both complainants and suspects receive a fair and transparent process, ultimately striving for outcomes that are just and satisfactory for all involved. I integrate personal morals, the natural laws of the country and the ethics of Ghana police service to uphold and implement the law effectively.

THE PERSON WHO FETCHES THE WATER IS THE ONE LIKELY TO BREAK THE POT There is a Ghanaian proverb: "The one who fetches the water (referring to going to the river or a distant tap) is the one likely to break the earthenware pot." This proverb suggests that the person responsible for a task or action is also the one most likely to encounter difficulties or make mistakes. It underscores the virtues of Responsibility, Accountability, and the Kyosk.app value of Ownership. In a broader sense, it highlights the principle that those who take on tasks are also most likely to be the cause of any undesired outcomes. Mistakes should, of course, be contextualised: while silly mistakes shouldn't be encouraged, in the pursuit of progress, some broken pots are inevitable. In the grand scheme, one can zoom in on the broken pot, losing sight of all the good water fetched over the years, or zoom out and focus on the water fetched over time, viewing the broken pot as an almost inevitable consequence of the good done over time. In most endeavours, the greatest risk lies in not trying. The consequence of not trying is regret, which is infinitely worse. As the saying goes, "What we fear doing most is usually what we need to do." So, here’s to ownership, to accepting consequences, and to choosing to make the rest of our lives the best of our lives.

Arguments of an NPP member being a Supreme Court Judge and sitting on the judgment which is linked with four(4) vacate seats in parliament. Most of us do vote and belong to various institutions in this country working for the generality of the nation. But the issue is this and I am making general statements. It is very important that no matter where you are placed to work, you should do all you can to help Ghana develop. *JOSEPH YEBOAH WRITES* *Who is killing Ghana* The state of Ghana is a result of our collective actions. We can't blame past leaders or current politicians for the country's problems. Our own selfishness and wickedness are to blame. We prioritize wealth over people, importing harmful products, destroying the environment, and stealing from vulnerable individuals. We lack conscience and fear of God, and our actions are driven by self-interest. Even respectable individuals, including church members and professionals, engage in corrupt practices. We pervert justice, loot state resources, and prioritize personal gain over the greater good. Our hatred and selfishness are evident in our words and actions, and we pass this behavior down to our children. We need to take responsibility for our actions and work towards change. We can't rely on others or God to fix our problems; we must make a conscious effort to love and respect each other. Change starts with individual actions, and we must spread this message to create a better Ghana.

I almost forgot... 12 years ago, on this very date, I was called to the Ghana bar. Shortly before, I was totally consumed by the idea of getting the perfect photos of my Call to the Bar. I had come to love photos and had my heart set on Capture - Your Memory Bank taking the photos...but the price tag triggered my frugal Kwahu side. [Non-Ghanaians, Kwahus are legendary for their money management skills and entrepreneurial spirit]. Instead, I negotiated a bulk deal, turned into a community organizer, and roped my whole class into it. Most of us ended up with "Capture photos for our dinner and Call. Ironically, I somehow lost them and most of the pictures I have and treasure today were gathered from friends and family...not the professional package I’d worked so hard to arrange. Your legal career might be a lot like that. You might have the perfect plan mapped out in your head, but life has a way of reshaping even the best-laid plans. Be flexible, adapt to the unexpected, and above all, give yourself grace. For those getting called next week, your perfect plan may already have been altered but... in the legal world, as in life, success often depends on how well you can balance preparation with adaptability, negotiation with collaboration, and ambition with empathy and kindness to others and to yourself. The ability to adjust, to lean on others, and to grow from experiences – are what will truly carry you forward. #CallToTheBar #LegalJourney #Adaptability #Collaboration #Resilience #LegalLife

𝐀 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. In Bonaberi, Douala, Cameroon, a shocking incident unfolded recently: a woman set her family house ablaze because her elder brother withheld rental income from one of their late father's properties. This act of frustration and despair highlights deeper societal issues. Despite all the efforts to teach the value of restraint and legal resolution, some people still let anger and possessions dictate their actions. Her ladyship Madam Theodora Wood former Chief Justice commenting about article 42 of the 1992 Constitution highlighted on this article meaning everyone has the right to vote. She threw some light saying if the right to vote is so fundamental, then the right to register is more fundamental because it holds the keys to open the doors that is right to vote because you cannot vote if you have not registered.By the grace of God we will be going to the polls this year on 7th December. My question is whom are you voting for?The other question is what have you considered before going to vote to ensure the betterment of this county? Are you voting because something has been greesed into your hands? Are you placing more premium on loyalty than competency? If the person cannot but placing loyalty over competency? It is high time we take it upon ourselves to think on longer lasting of development in this county than our personal gain. Think of making Ghana to develop so as to leave a legacy for the future generation. It is time again to place more value on competency over mediocrity.Do not shortchange your life by getting yourself in any untoward activity by disturbing our peace in this country.Take retrospective in your life by considering a lot of things before getting yourself into any action.Long live Ghana Long live with unity and harmony among ourselves. Being an Enterpreneur is one of the greatest route to contribute to prosperity, moral character, human resource, character and wealth in our communities. Today I seized the opportunity to discuss the Zero Tolerance for fraud and use of false weights and measures in one of my companies (Discount Group Co. Ltd) referencing Ghanaian and International Laws and the complete chapter of the Holy Quran (Chapter 83: Mutaffefeen (Those Who Deal In False Weights and Measures). It says: "Woe to the defrauders. Who, when they take the measure (of their dues) from men, take it fully, but when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient. Do not think that they shall be raised again, for a mighty day, The day on which men shall stand before the Lord of the worlds?" (Surah Mutaffefeen 83:1-6). Interestingly, every country has legal code against this practice which is sadly common in the informal and formal sectors of our economies.
