TY Induction manufactures #WaterCooledCapacitors with a normal close (NC) /0.1±0.02Mpa open and non-resetting Pressure Switch.   Pressure switches can be used for #InductionFurnaceCapacitors in sealed housings. When the self-healing system fails, the temperature and pressure surge and the capacitor may rupture. Overpressure sensors detect the pressure surge and provide a signal for safety circuits and disconnection of capacitors for #InductionForgingFurnaces.  

This is a smart breaker, presumably one part is a low cost mechanical breaker, then in series would be the smart relay for the Live as well as for PEN. Those 40A relay also not expensive part nowadays. Then there will be energy metrology circuits as well as PEN voltage measurement, they are also fairly standard low cost circuits. Adding J1772 circuits is also not expensive, just 1kHz PWM circuits. The main function would be connecting the relay when the Server or User said so AND the PEN is safe. Put this on the Consumer box and wire up the appropriate cable. Even adding HomePlug Green is not required bigger space too.
