PR moment spotted IRL this morning while boarding a flight. "Win awards," they say, "it will build trust with potential buyers," they say. But everyone who sees this display of awards while boarding their Delta Air Lines flight is already a customer. They've already purchased the ticket. They're at the end of the buyer's journey. So why display the awards at the end of that journey? 1- To make you feel good about your choice of airline, reinforcing the feeling that you're a smart consumer who made a smart choice. Who doesn't like to feel like they made the right choice? 2- In the event that you're not happy with part of your experience they've reminded you of the accolades they have accumulated as a reminder of the trust they've earned from others and the authority they have in the marketplace. 3- To keep you coming back. One press clip in one media outlet may give you 15 minutes of fame, but awards are something you can carry with you and remind current and future clients of as long as its relevant to your business. Don't skip out on the awards, folks, they're important in building long-lasting customers.

So we are onto Day 12 of meeting the team. Today we have Brendan Mcgrath CTPM, CNCI, here is what was said about Brendan. The future is looking great with Brendan with us. Thank you for all of your hard work" Lovely write up for Brendan, now here are the answers to his questions: 1. How long have you worked for F&D? I have worked at F&D for 10 months 2. Do you prefer Tea or Coffee? Coffee all day long 3. Would you rather travel in the past or into the future? Past, re do my school days 4. Where is your favourite holiday destination and Why? Spain - that was my first trip abroad and I've returned yearly which im now doing with my family also. 5. What is your favourite sport and who is your favourite team? Football and Arsenal but really, I just like sport and don't really follow any team 6. Do you prefer Instagram, TikTok or Facebook? Instagram, but I'm not really into social media 7. What is your favourite thing to do of a weekend? Create memories with family and friends on days out and weekends away 8. What do you love most about your job? Gaining the confidence from the business to not only grow myself but help the business and other members of staff progress. I've had an incredible journey over the last 10 months creating new and building current relationships to ensure projects have smooth transitions throughout and client expectation is met. 9. If you can only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? Steak and chips not forgetting pepper sauce 10. Tell us something we don't know about yourself? I'm a fully qualified plumber
