To celebrate WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY we wanted to tell you all about our new on-site herb garden! We have upcycled some old pallets to create this beautiful planter (shout out to Paul in Concierge) and are now using our own home grown mint varieties to garnish our drinks in One Square bar, and some food garnishes in the Brasserie. There is alot of activity going on at the hotel on reducing food waste, and within other areas of the business, and every single action and step counter towards the bigger picture. Fresh mint Mojito in One Square this weekend anyone?
