Investing in women is a human rights imperative and cornerstone for building inclusive societies. Progress for women benefits us all. The time for change is now! This International Women’s Day, let’s accelerate progress and #InvestInWomen.

"Do we still need an International Women's Day? Yes! There's no place for complacency. According to the World Economic Forum, sadly, none of us will see gender parity in our lifetime, and nor likely will many of our children. Gender parity won't be attained for well over a century. There's urgent work to do - and we can all play a part." And I add. Do it today, tomorrow, every day: - Celebrate women's achievements - Educate and raise awareness about women's equality - Call for positive change advancing women - Accelerate gender parity Inspire inclusion for us and our daughters! #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion #internationalwomensday2024

Happy International Women’s Day to all the amazing women out there. I want to express forever gratitude to my incredible mum, who I recently lost. International Women’s Day serves as a source of inspiration and empowerment for future generations of girls and young women. Perhaps most importantly, International Women’s Day provides an opportunity to continue the conversation about gender equality and women’s rights. It serves as a catalyst for ongoing dialogue, activism, and advocacy, keeping these issues front of mind. As we celebrate this special day, let’s not forget our CARM sisters. Echoing Diversity Council Australia (DCA) message for organisations to take an intersectional approach this #IWD2024 by demystifying the process of centring marginalised voices at work. #IWD2024 #InspireInclusion #diversityandinclusion
