As an author writing about MSP tools, I'd like to share my favorite way to use AI. It's my "sparring partner" in writing content. I give my drafts to ChatGPT and ask it to criticize them, point out their weakest parts, and even roast me as an author. Sometimes, I get valuable feedback that I wouldn't get from my colleagues because they're kind and caring people. Other times, AI says that my draft is perfect, while I know it's far from that. In any case, this exercise helps me write better.
