Is it possible to apply a static name to an ever-changing DEI landscape? The terms and acronyms have always evolved, but what remains steadfast is my belief in how this work is approached. I recognize the importance of steering the narrative away from words used to describe this work, to one that focuses on the skills and outcomes necessary for global relevance. Let us avoid the us vs. them trap or further division by calling individuals or organizations out - this diminishes the potential impact we could collectively have. Let's work together to achieve outcomes that provide equal access to opportunities for all individuals.
