Earned Value Management (EVM) How do you normally show your SPI and CPI on your Project EVM Dashboard? Hej Project Team, Here is an Earned Value Management (EVM) dashboard I designed on Microsoft Excel. The focus of the post today is the speedometers indicating the SPI and CPI. I believe that the speedometer type of chart is amazing for indicating CPI and SPI with the Red Zones clearly showing the project is in “trouble”. Less than 1 means overspending and behind schedule! I developed Speedometers both in Microsoft Excel and Power BI. ➡️ For Excel, it required about 3 tables to create each chart ➡️ For Power BI, the original visuals were not capable, so I had to get a new visual from the AppSource. In my next post, we will see how only SPI and CPI transform into a project storytelling dashboard...stay tuned! So, ▶️ What do you think about the Speedometer for CPI and SPI? ▶️Will you incorporate it in your Project EVM reports? ▶️For the Excel versions, which Speedometer format do you like most? Is it 1 or 2 or 3 or 4? Med Vänligar hälsingar Shimonkepha Onwuneme PMP® PMI-RMP® #earnedvalue #evm #Excel #powerbi #SPI #CPI #Project #dashboard

Great job done Shimonkepha Onwuneme PMP® PMI-RMP® for these data analysis . However it will be interesting to interpret how theses analysis mean. Theses KPI '' SPI , CPI , EV'' are very significant in cost management plan and cost report weekly. I'm on touch to see your next post and thank you for sharing with us
