How ready are you? It's the time of year when your fulfilment and delivery needs to be tight, consistent and seamless. The time of year when parcel volumes go through the roof and consumer patience drops. It's when you aren't sure if all your orders are going to be picked up today. You don't know what your transit time will be. You measure everything. Despatch on time, delivered on time, fulfilment rates, pick accuracy, receipt times... everything is scrutinised even further. And after all of the hard work, you get greeted by an influx of customer service calls.. when your customer success team is at the mercy of the carriers and their support team. Stress.
