🌿In case you missed it: BIOKET Bioeconomy Key Enabling Technologies platform 2024 Recap On March 21, we took part in BIOKET, engaging in discussions on sustainable innovations in bioenergies and biobased chemicals. Miriam Romero Pérez, leading Work Packages 5 and 7, unveiled our latest strides in developing biobased additives. Chairwoman Maeghan Seagrave, executive director of Bioindustrial Innovation Canada, led our session, featuring alongside five pioneering projects devoted to providing solutions and alternatives to current fossil-based product. It was a great opportunity to showcase the potential of the ZEBRA-LIFE PROJECT in front of an audience eager to discover innovative technologies and find synergies to expand the biomass potential. BIOKET’s fifth edition spotlighted the importance of Key Enabling Technologies for resource valorization, supporting innovation and sustainable business opportunities globally. The conference represents a meeting point for a large amount of bio-based industry stakeholders and a key event to establish the pathway for a more sustainable future.
