Don't focus on losing small focus on winning big 🔥🔥🔥🔥 If you are going to build a startup think big from Day 1 . A lot of the times we are focusing on losing small......ie losing as little money as possible...and that wires us to build small , design small , sell small and talk small . Most winners just focus on winning big from Day 1 and that mindset defines a completely different approach to business. To a great extend you will have high staff turnover when you are starting because you are small.....and some people will outgrow your business. However dont focus too much on that and end up offering people salaries that your business cannot afford .This can take you down quickly . If you can, buy from a startup. First customers are literally vital. 2 - pay on time. If you're already a customer be a good one: cashflow is also vital. 3 - employ an entrepreneur.
